Jan Pro of Connecticut is seeking a dynamic and professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join fast paced organization. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive image of our organization. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in office management.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, providing courteous and efficient assistance.
Greet visitors and employees with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage all aspects of office management, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist the Operations, Finance and Sales Departments with various clerical tasks, such as data entry and report generation.
Create and prepare sales presentation packages, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Receive and distribute mail promptly and efficiently.
Open and close the office according to established procedures.
Perform other general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Some college education preferred.
Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
