A leading market maker and financial technology firm is hiring a Counterparty Risk Manager to join the team in Palm Beach.
The firm provides liquidity and global execution for thousands of securities across equities, ETFs, fixed income, FX, and commodities. This hire will focus on Counterparty Risk management of their client portfolios, driving initiatives to improve both market and Counterparty Risk frameworks and analytics. Strong candidates will also have development skills to enhance the trading and risk technology for the overall team.
You'll work closely with global risk and trading teams to exchange ideas and improve the firm's overall risk methodology and framework. This is a high-touch, fast-paced front office environment, and the ideal candidate for the role will want to wear many hats and take on a new challenge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of market/Counterparty Risk or trade support experience
- Proficient with Python/SQL or similar languages
- Familiarity with risk metrics: collateral/margin, PFE modelling, VaR calculations
- Broad exposure to Equities, Fixed Income, ETFs, multi asset derivatives
