- Perform general clerical duties associated with the business, including filing, maintaining records, copying and scanning.
- Assists with editing or proofreading documents and/or reports.
- Assists office staff with general, administrative support tasks as needed.
- Manages inventory and restocking of supplies, and places orders when necessary.
- Processes and receives and distributes mail and shipments.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Completes and submits all final documentation, forms, and timesheets in a timely matter.
- Ensure adherence to the company policies, standards, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of general office experience preferred.
- Competency in word processing, spreadsheet, and email. Working knowledge of computer software programs (ex. MS Office, Google, Workday) preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, utilize time management and prioritization skills.
- Possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities.
