Administrative Assistant- P/T

Seeking two Part Time experienced Administrative Assistants for a Program Director to work in the CCBHC- Mental health and substance use clinics at Ohel. Successful candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include handling general office tasks such as entering data, as well as administrative duties such as directing communications between colleagues, as well as organizing schedules and events. Candidates will possess a strong ability to communicate with providers, in addition to excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. These Part time positions are located in Queens and Brooklyn.

• Brooklyn 17.5 hours
• Queens 26.25 hours

Salary: $27.00- $28.00 per hour
