New Land Capital is seeking to fill an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the professional team to manage property financials, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous variance analysis.
- Track property expenses meticulously, conduct thorough reviews of invoices, and maintain precise accounts payable and receivable records.
- Implement and streamline rent collection processes, promptly addressing any delinquencies or late payments in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including detailed profit and loss statements, for presentation to senior management.
- Exercise prudent budget management, identifying avenues for cost reduction while preserving service quality.
- Collaborate on the development of annual budgets and propose strategic approaches for optimizing costs.

Pay: Up to $71,797.12 per year
