POSITION SUMMARY: Provides administrative support for the organizational leaders. Assists Senior Leaders with special tasks and projects as needed. Displays a positive, pleasant, professional attitude to all customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DETAILED DUTIES:
- Performs administrative/clerical duties for the Senior Leadership Team. Assists all Senior Leaders with special projects and tasks as needed.
- Performs clerical, secretarial, and related duties to ensure the smooth operation of Administration, Human Resources department, Operations departments, Marketing department, retail pharmacies, Home Medical Equipment, IT, and Hospitality Services.
- Maintains current knowledge of RHSHC operations in order to appropriately direct questions.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated computer skills including working knowledge/experience with Excel.
- Minimum of high school education, plus 2-3 years work experience, in a comparable situation.
- Education in Administrative Secretary/Assistant course preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
