Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Performs office duties and provides overall administrative billing support where needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Document scanning and filing
- Print and mail or electronically transmit invoices and claims
- Assist with Special projects, including compiling reports when needed
- Processing of Attorney Requests
- Overall office administration and ordering of supplies
- Oversee maintenance of office equipment
- Provide support to a busy Billing Department
- Research to locate correct addresses for returned mail. Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to take initiative when required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent follow through and communication skills

Education and/or Experience: High school or equivalent,
Specific Function Related Skills: Customer service attitude; attention to detail; excellent telephone communication skills;
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as, procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form.
Ability to work in a team environment
