Administrative Assistant
Laredo Country Club is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Administrative Office and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative and reception duties. Primary duties include assisting in daily administrative tasks for the departments, while providing a pleasant atmosphere for all employees and other departments that will interact with the department.

Established in 1983 and built on over 160 acres of once vegetative ranch land, Laredo Country Club provides an unexpected level of difficulty combined with strategically designed putting greens. Legendary golf course designer Joe Finger created the most distinctive and strategically designed golf course in South Texas in Laredo Country club.

Position Description
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in an active environment. Other responsibilities include:
- Anticipate needs and wants of managers by being prepared and organized while acting with a sense of urgency.
- Must demonstrate appropriate analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills.
Qualifications
Must possess strong English and Spanish Language Skills sufficient to fully comprehend job assignments, including the ability to read, write and communicate in fluent English and Spanish. The candidate should also possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be well versed in all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Must be available to work Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. and Saturday from 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
