Position Overview
Cromwell Architects Engineers is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Little Rock location. Candidates should have good communication skills, be well organized, and have the ability to work in a flexible environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC would be considered advantageous. Qualified candidates must be able to fulfill essential job functions, as listed below.
What to Expect
This position is best suited for an individual who can remain organized and professional with interruptions. They will direct office calls, schedule conference rooms at the front desk, and greet clients, while providing support to the Administrative Department in clerical duties. Must be able to work with a team and independently. Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are used daily. Experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro/DC is a plus.

- Answering and Directing Incoming Calls
- Greeting and Escorting Clients
- Log Incoming Deliveries
- Mail Distribution
- Flow of Correspondence
- Opening the Front Desk
- Assist Administrative Team
- Organize Conference Rooms for Meetings and other Occasions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 Years equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
