Provides administrative support to the IT Director; manages day-to-day clerical duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- 1. Answers City’s switchboard telephones and routes calls or provides information as required.
- 2. Provides effective and efficient customer service and promotes and maintains responsive community and working relations.
- 3. Process City department mailings and coordinates process postage with USPS.
- 4. Provides backup for monthly communication billings.
- 5. Provides backup to maintain departments financial accounts and records in general.
- 6. Provides backup to prepare department payroll; maintains records and other payroll liabilities.
- 7. Processes department accounts.
- 8. Verifies the accuracy of all financial and payroll records.
- 9. Maintains filing system.
- 10. Performs related duties as assigned.
