Administrative Assistant, Per Diem - Outpatient Rehab Services

You will mainly provide administrative and clerical support for UCLA Health's Olympic Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic. Major duties include processing new and return patient information, registering and scheduling patients and processing patient payments. You will also float and provide coverage across 3 outpatient community physical therapy clinics in West LA, Burbank and Century City. Position may convert to career. Salary range: $27.03 hourly

Scheduling experience for healthcare/patients required Experience with EPIC preferred Experience working in a dynamic team environment Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of physical therapy or Rehab Services terminology preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to safely perform repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, standing or sitting during day Sufficient dexterity and strength to perform standard duties
