We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Marina on a part-time, weekends-only basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, boat owners, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating marina events and activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
Note: This is a part-time position with working hours during weekends only. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, and able to commit to the required schedule.
