Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Some experience working in the construction field, preferably in the Paver business
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)- Typing skills 45 words and above- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred
