Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience, that is an outgoing and well organized Administrative Assistant/Marketing to assist with:

• Creating Marketing Brochures and Flyers
• Updating Site Plans
• Assembling Presentation Books & Materials
• Managing email list and mailings via Constant Contact
• Updating Leasing Reports
• Answering Telephones
• Provide marketing support for the real estate brokerage team
• Data entry/accounts payable

MUST have experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photo Shop and InDesign), Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
