We are looking for an individual with 5+ years of experience, that is an outgoing and well organized Administrative Assistant/Marketing to assist with:
- Creating Marketing Brochures and Flyers
- Updating Site Plans
- Assembling Presentation Books & Materials
- Managing email list and mailings via Constant Contact
- Updating Leasing Reports
- Answering Telephones
- Provide marketing support for the real estate brokerage team
- Data entry/accounts payable
MUST have experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photo Shop and InDesign), Microsoft (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
