Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly growing and looking for  an Administrative Assistant to join our Operations department.


The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing in-person support (not remote) to the Reconciliation department. This involves researching and addressing all "Didn’t Ship" issues and other miscellaneous return credits related to PA Shipping and Returns.

  • Use of DST/IBM AS400 to research invoices and issue credits when vital
  • Research PO’s for any discrepancies
  • Use of internet to research tracking information by all carriers
  • Address overdue credits on Rock Auto Return OOR – as well as adding any notes specific to the PO’s in question
  • Connect with Rock Auto Customer Service team via email
  • Connect with dropship vendors when required to via email

 

  • Digital literacy, with a basic understanding of Microsoft office and Excel
  • Basic math skills
  • Excels in critical thinking and problem solving
  • Understanding of accurate email etiquette
  • Understanding of carrier tracking as well as weight and dimensions
  • High attention to detail
  • Good communication and ability to take initiative
  • Good time management skills – able to be self managed
  • Phenomenal organizational skills and ability to follow up without being prompted
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
