Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our dealership's operations, you will provide crucial support to various departments, ensuring smooth and seamless administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and organize dealership records, including customer files and vehicle documentation.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and test drives for customers.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including event coordination and social media updates.
- Provide administrative support to dealership management as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
