SalaryMore Than A Gym is seeking a very motivated multitasker to perform reception duties in our state-of-the-art pediatric sensory gym in Plainview. We provide physical, occupational and speech therapy services for children with special needs.
This role requires people/ phone skills, scheduling, good email etiquette, filing and scanning, organizing and taking pride in what you do!
Training will be provided for as long as necessary, but hoping for a quick learner as well. We are a growing practice with more than one location so there is a lot of opportunity for growth! We are looking for long term staff!
Hours required are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break.
The right candidate is professional, enthusiastic, organized, multitasker, a go-getter and looking for stability. We are looking for someone long term with growth in mind! Experience with office work and customer service is required. Knowledge of Excel, Word and overall computer literacy is a must.
