```Duties```
PRIMARY
- Tax Return processing, document scanning, maintenance of client lists, email communication with clients for delivery of tax returns
SECONDARY
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software - prmarily Microsoft Office and Adobe for .pdf's
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus- but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 45 per week
