Oral Surgery Receptionist

We have a position available for an Oral Surgery Receptionist. Previous medical or dental office experience is required. Experience with dental and/or medical insurance claims is required. Proficiency in the following is required: Microsoft Word and Excel, web based email, electronic medical records. Duties will include: answering phones, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, patient check-in/check-out, entering and presenting treatment plans, discussing financing options with patients, insurance pre-authorization, monitoring business email accounts, merging x-rays and documents into electronic medical records.
