Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Owner and General Manager. The role will include working closely with our team to assist in daily operations.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
- Coordinating and managing technicians schedules.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as entering payables, invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and job costing.
- AIA Contract documentation submissions to include: submittals, billings & closeout documentation
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and purchasing office supplies.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Office administration experience.
- Accounting software/ Quickbooks experience
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Excel/ Google Sheets
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
