Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office and ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and plan work orders, including project builds and repairs
- Provide personal assistance for day to day tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with project coordination by preparing documents, writing contracts, and organizing files
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in calendar management or CRM experience is a plus
