Position Title:Administrative Service AssistantReports To: Service Manager
Pay Range: Hourly FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our Service manage. This role involves coordination administrative tasks, communicating with clients, and assisting with various projects to ensure the smooth operation of our electrical service department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all the incoming services calls, via phone or email and enter them into our software program.
Update and close out all service calls in our software program.
Update all customer portal websites as needed.
Assist Technicians as needed.
Coordinate all Electrical permits need for jobs.
Calling Dig Safe when dealing with any electrical service calls that involve digging or excavation work.
Invoicing thru customer website portals and thru our own software program.
Assist with Bids and contract negotiation.
Communicating with new customers with regarding any questions or concerns they may have.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Customer service-oriented approach, as you may interact with clients and vendors. Strong experience with computers.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree and/or post-secondary education; addition experience in the electrical service or service industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
