Job Description
Required Qualifications
v High School Diploma or equivalent
v Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Microsoft Forms highly preferable
v Experience with Accounts Payable
v Experience with State Compliance Procedures
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- State Compliance Assistance: Assist in organizing and conducting state-required in-services for the nursing home facility staff members.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the facility, including but not limited to HR, Accounting, and Nursing.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Support the AP process by verifying invoices, preparing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Forms and other software to collect and organize data efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between staff members, residents, families, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the facility.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
