The Administrative Assistant performs routine office and clerical tasks and community support duties related to community management, recording keeping and procedures. This position is located at the Tigard, OR office.
OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answer main phone and handle generic homeowner questions
· Open mail and distribute accurately
· Assisting Community Managers in various office tasks and record keeping
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
· Scan and file community records
· Projects for Community Managers (creating Board packets, updating spreadsheets, and other tasks as needed.)
· Pool and facility reservation coordinator
· Prepare community amenity key cards, fobs and/or mail keys for distribution
· Turn on/off pool access cards seasonally
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Accurate word processing up to 65 words p/m
· Proficient, accurate data entry
· Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently Assist Community Managers as approved by operations
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Reliable transportation
