Long Term Contract Position
Pay is at $22 dollars an hour
Must be local as this is an on site position
Required Skills
- High school diploma or post-secondary certification in administration from a recognized institution
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional professionalism, excellent communication and presentation, and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality
- Understand business priorities and proactively anticipate needs, take initiative without prompting
- Ability to work and communicate comfortably and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Expert in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
