Job Title: Manufacturing Project Engineer

Belcan is looking for a Project Engineer, skilled in various engineering disciplines including design, manufacturing, and quality, to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This position involves on-site work at a prominent aerospace client and demands a strong background in engineering project management.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a key team member on aerospace engineering projects, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
* Lead phases of engineering work, including planning, scheduling, and coordination across different groups.
* Solve complex engineering problems and contribute to innovative solutions.
* Develop new approaches and techniques in engineering, adapting to the dynamic requirements of the field.
* Communicate effectively with technical specialists, engineering counterparts, and clients.
* Manage and update engineering documentation and work instructions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor"s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
* 2+ years of engineering experience, with a preference for background in gas turbine engines or turbomachinery.
* Skilled with CAD/3D Modeling, ideally with NX.
* Experience with G & M programming / CNC programming desired.
* Proven ability to handle complex engineering tasks and lead sub-projects.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
* US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.
