Strategic Data Systems is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of an Enterprise-level U.S. Navy Call Center.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Assisting in a variety of administrative matters.
- Maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically)
- Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Helping organize and improve timesheet reports at the site level.
- Monitoring Subcontractor attendance
- Gathering information for high-level meetings.
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance OR eligible to receive a DoD Secret security clearance.
- One (1) year of related experience in administrative support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proficient in both oral and written communication in order to communicate effectively with others and explain complex actions taken in regard to customers' service requests
