ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant position requires ability to deal with the general public in a professional manner. This person must possess great interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task. Should have a high level of organization skills and be sales oriented. He/she should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and some general accounting skills are a plus. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance are available.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
- Responsible for phone calls through the system
- General typing of letters, documentation, and bids
- Manage small contracts
- Job site billings
- Filing
- Keeps office friendly, clean, inviting and maintained with the proper literature to front
- Must be able to work well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Effective customer service/phone skills
- Microsoft Office: word and excel
- General accounting knowledge is desired
- Effective listening and communicating skills
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
