Essential Duties
· Database (Neon) maintenance, entering contributions, producing weekly reports
· Coordinating printing/mailing of fund appeals and newsletters
· Drafting correspondence
· Proofreading/editing of resources, E-newsletters, website pages
· Participating in research of state academic standards/laws
· Creating social media posts for Facebook and Instagram
· Website maintenance and creating new pages as needed
· Assisting with writing of E-newsletters using radio commentaries
· Researching foundations and submitting grant applications
· Performing general office duties as assigned
Requirements
· Bible-believing, church-attending, Christian who can sign our statement of faith and conduct
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Publisher experience is a plus
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; editing/proofreading skills
· Superb “people skills”, to quickly building rapport with donors, volunteers, and team
· Previous administrative experience, 3-5 years preferred
· Experience with business social media
· Associate degree (preferred) - English major/minor is a plus
