Job Description
Our corporate office, located in Garden Grove, is looking to fill an administrative/clerical position for our accounting department. This is a non-exempt, hourly, entry level position.
The candidate to fill the position would report to our corporate office for work.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Computer efficient
- Knowledge of Microsoft software; primarily Outlook, Word and Excel
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to be proactive
- Ability to adapt to changing work volume
- Good organizational skills
- Experience in AP/AR is preferred, but not a requirement
- Experience in payroll is preferred, but not a requirement
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support to department manager and lead
- Daily email correspondence
- Speaking with clients and customers to provide payment for material orders
- Data entry
- Providing updates on current monthly expenses
- Maintaining expense trackers
- Providing coverage for fellow admins who may take leave or time off
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Working on accounting/tracking reports
- Working on reports pertaining to payroll
