Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be assigned to the Deputy Program Manager and support the HELO Operations team.
- The primary task for this position is to assist with organization, and task management associated with the overall HELO Operations team.
- The candidate will assist with the development of presentations; generate, maintain and develop measurement metrics; manage operations level actions for the technical team, internal and external customers (One EVA and NASA).
- This support will include preparing, maintaining, tracking and updating the status of technical actions: (project reports, risk plans, and corrective action plans, Configuration Change Board Directives (CCBDs), Change Requests (CR), requests for support, and other reporting efforts.
- This requires daily interface with technical management, internal customers, One EVA and NASA.
- The candidate with organize and support technical meetings, as required.
- The candidate may be required to provide team representation to internal and external boards, meetings, and panels.
- The candidate will be required to assign, distribute to the appropriate group(s), coordinate and/or providing assistance to appropriate organizations for expeditious resolution to tasks/actions, as required.
- The candidate must be willing to work off hours and weekends as required. In addition, the candidate must be able to provide other administrative support in the HELO Program as may be required.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Candidate must be motivated, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Candidate must be flexible in an environment of changing requirements, and work well within a team environment.
- The candidate must be able to develop presentations on demand and produce quality results.
- Good working PC knowledge with a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other common office environment software packages. Candidate must have experience with developing and prioritizing high-level department project scheduling based on technical and project delivery milestones.
- Candidate must also have some experience with performing/tracking duties pertaining to schedules and Work Authorizing Documents.
- The candidate must be willing to work off hours and weekends as required.
- Candidate must also possess a working knowledge of the general principles of technical document preparation and maintenance, as well as reporting and resolving schedule discrepancies with project deliverables.
- Lastly, the candidate must have some experience with tracking and executing reports utilizing automated data systems (i.e. MS Access, or some other related system).
