Job Summary
Looking for a part time Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience. We are a small office with large goals. We are looking for someone who can wear a lot of hats and be an instrumental part of our growth. Candidate should be able to multitask, have QuickBooks experience, Excel and Outlook knowledge, good phone skills, be organized and detail oriented. Schedule is flexible, we are looking for a part time person for 20 – 25 hours per week to be performed most times between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Monthly Reconciling for two companies
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Monthly Tax Reporting for multiple states
- Payroll reporting
- Inventory management
- Phones
- Light advertising
- Social Media Advertising a plus
- Multi-Tasking
Administrative responsibilities include: Full Circle Bookkeeping, Data and picture uploads, (Must have knowledge of Dropbox) light advertising, phones, help in organizing inventory. Social media advertising knowledge would be a plus, Facebook, Instagram, X, Google Business, Mailchimp and Buffer.
