A partial list of duties includes:
- provide friendly, respectful, prompt, and courteous service
- direct patient contact, telephone answering, insurance billing, and benefit explanation
- assist patients in choosing, ordering, as well as adjustments, dispensing and repairs of eyeglasses
- responsible for scheduling appointments and coordination of payment arrangements
- office administration and computer data entry
- diagnostic & medical testing
- contact lens application and instruction
Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- Dedicated customer service attitude

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
