Optical Receptionist/Optical Professional (Training Provided)

A partial list of duties includes:

• provide friendly, respectful, prompt, and courteous service
• direct patient contact, telephone answering, insurance billing, and benefit explanation
• assist patients in choosing, ordering, as well as adjustments, dispensing and repairs of eyeglasses
• responsible for scheduling appointments and coordination of payment arrangements
• office administration and computer data entry
• diagnostic & medical testing
• contact lens application and instruction

Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• Dedicated customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
