Job Description
We are looking for a front desk person to join our growing team. This position can be full time or part time.
Our office is located in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and interact with clients and court personnel.
- Answer the phones.
- Maintain files in an efficient and effective manner.
- Assist in gathering and assembling evidence and preparing for hearings.
- Other administrative duties that may arise based on the needs of our small office: opening/closing files, scanning documents, calendaring meetings/deadlines, filing, processing incoming/outgoing mail, data entry etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with the firm policies.
- Interact professionally with clients, attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, all other staff and other representatives outside of the firm.
- Flexibility to work some overtime when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Ability to interact well in a team environment and to be a team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Some college education preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude required.
- Ability to manage a case load and be deadline oriented.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
