About the Role & Team
Disney’s Corporate Legal Department is seeking an Executive Support Professional to join the Physical Antipiracy division. This role is an essential part of the team charged with combating online sales of counterfeits and other physical misuses of the Company’s copyrighted works and trademarks in markets all over the world.
This position reports to the Assistant General Counsel of Physical Antipiracy, with additional support to the entire Antipiracy Physical Goods team.
What You Will Do
- Manage calendars, schedule conference rooms, arrange video meetings, and prepare meeting agendas
- Order department office supplies, manage purchase orders, and pay invoices
- Liaise with external law firms to ensure they receive billing information in a timely manner
- Update electronic files and databases, and prepare reports as needed
- Handle critical departmental tasks such as file organization, research, and mailings
- Process expense reports and manage travel bookings
- Draft, edit and format professional-looking documents including PowerPoint decks and routine correspondence
- Onboard and provision new employees, being the friendly face to welcome them while ensuring all their start day needs are provided
- Maintain familiarity with Travel & Entertainment and other company policies
Required Qualifications & Skills
- At least two years providing professional administrative support or equivalent experience with knowledge of and respect for the legal environment
- Strong proficiency with internet research and navigation as well as with standard office tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Comfortable with data entry and database functions
- Generally tech savvy and willing to learn new skills
- Professional and highly discreet with maintenance of absolute confidentiality
- Strong communication skills, including diplomatic and professional handling of telephone and email communications
- Ability to take initiative, be proactive, resourceful, flexible, and responsible
- Extremely well organized and attentive to detail
- Positive attitude, collegial, and willing to assist the entire Antipiracy team as needed, with a sense of enjoyment in work well done
- Willing to become a licensed California notary public (at company expense)
Preferred Qualifications
- Some foreign language capabilities
- Experience with saving and accessing electronic files, and databases
Education
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $66,600 to $89,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
