Administrative Assistant And Data Entry

• Electrical Contractor seeking Office Assistant.
• Established company needs great additional team member!
• We are seeking a person to help with day-to-day operations of the business with a heavy emphasis on Data Entry. We are a team and while everyone has their own tasks, at the end of the day, they all tie together.
• This is a relaxed, fun and hard-working atmosphere where people support one another. This is a full time, permanent position in a great office!

-Experience in inventory management is a plus

-Proficient in Microsoft Office

-Experience in a warehouse setting

-Extremely detailed oriented

-Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

-Strong sense of personal ownership of tasks with a commitment to see projects through

-Ability to think outside of the box and problem solve

-Flexibility in regards to changing procedures and being versatile

-Superior written and oral communication skills
