Salary: $30000.00 - $38000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of customer(s) over the phone
- Follow up with contacting clients or scheduling meeting as need be
- Assist Account Managers with daily tasks (e.g. making phone calls, review client needs, remind clients of action items).
- Organize and help manage client files (electronic and paper).
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
- Have strong organizational and note-taking skills
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Experience with the Applied Agency management system is preferred but not required.
