We'll also assist in getting your license for the state of Ohio.

Salary: $30000.00 - $38000.00 per year

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of customer(s) over the phone
• Follow up with contacting clients or scheduling meeting as need be
• Assist Account Managers with daily tasks (e.g. making phone calls, review client needs, remind clients of action items).
• Organize and help manage client files (electronic and paper).

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• Have strong organizational and note-taking skills
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Experience with the Applied Agency management system is preferred but not required.
