- Provide administrative support to the management team

- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports

- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

- - Conduct research and compile data for various projects

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

```Experience:```

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role

- Quick Books experience helpful for basic accounting tasks

- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail

- Bilingual in Spanish helpful, but not required.
