The successful candidate must have the following qualities: excellent communication skills, excellence in customer service, experience working in an office ( at least 2 years), reliable, energetic, organized, experienced with computers, and a fast learner.
Duties include, but not limited to: answering phones, greet potential new tenants, help with current tenants, data entry and keep office organized. Must have reliable transportation.
