Description
Report to Senior Project Manager daily. Responsible for supporting Senior Project Manager with administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner and providing high-quality clerical assistance.
Qualifications
- Two or four-year college degree
- Two plus years executive assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, problem solver with strong organization skills

- Manage emails and assist with coordinating calendar, agenda and assist in planning and scheduling
- Prepare documents, files and reports for project tracking, safety, and expenses
- Gather, analyze, and maintain records required for administrative reporting ensuring it is organized and easily accessible
- Create and maintain documents for project support including purchase orders, task orders, and installation folders
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Represent the Senior Project Manager by attending meetings and taking notes on their behalf
- Review, route, answer and monitor follow up action steps on correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality
- Create before, during and after task and to-do lists and prioritize responsibilities
- Serve as administrative contact and liaison with team members and other departments
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle miscellaneous tasks and errands
- Identify and coordinate requirements and expectations for site visits including badges
- Support safety and adherence to all SouthWood processes and standards
