Summary: Coordinate and maintain office services for the Food and Beverage Department. Responsible for ensuring that internal and external customers experience high quality, friendly and efficient service by providing administrative support for the department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments as needed.
Prepares and/or distributes incoming/outgoing mail and files correspondence, other departmental records and reports utilizing Microsoft Office. Maintain F&B personnel files; review all team member paperwork (P.T.s, disciplinary notices, evaluations, etc.) for accuracy; track records of counseling. Order and maintain office supplies; control key box and log; maintain phone list.
Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members. Performs other duties as assigned.
