Responsible for providing administrative support to executive management. Administers the Board Website and creates board level meeting packets. Assembles and reviews/edits Board, ALCO, and Supervisory Committee reporting. Ensures proper record retention for organizational documents. Develops professional correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports. Transcribes and Prepares minutes for management level organizational meetings, Board, and Foundation meetings. Utilizes various software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Works with vendors and schedules meetings with executive and management groups. Greets and assists visitors to the Executive Offices. Facilitates travel arrangements for staff, executive management, and board/volunteers. Participates in organizational projects. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Provides support and backup to Executive Assistant and Receptionist. Resolves and responds to questions and inquiries from employees and board/volunteers.
Job QualificationsEDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Two-year college degree or specialized certification or any combination of experience and education.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
EXPERIENCDE REQUIRED: Five years of secretarial or administrative type experience.
