Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant provides clerical, administrative, and secretarial assistance to the Operations and other areas as time permits. This is a Full Time position. Little to no travel is expected for this position.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
2-3 years related work experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced proficiency in Excel
Skills:
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to manage workload, set deadlines, and operate independently with minimum supervision Attention to detail; accuracy a must
Able to professionally handle sensitive information and maintain complete confidentiality
Essential Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The duties listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Prepare various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on manufacturing metrics.
Specifically, OEE, DMPO, Days to Make Metrics. Other KPI’s may be included in the future.
- Collect OEE sheets from each facility daily and enter the data into the appropriate worksheet/database.
- Manipulates said OEE spreadsheets/databases as instructed by the Operations Excellence Leader to replicate the standard format set by the Operations Excellence Leader.
- CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Manages non RM inventories (safety supplies, office supplies, etc.) and places restock orders.
- Manages technical vendors in close coordination with technical/maintenance to ensure critical parts are in inventory or delivered in a timely manner (manages vendor relationships and ensures cost-efficiency thru negotiation, planning, and grit).
- Codes all plant accounting bills and ensures they are received by corporate in a timely manner to ensure ontime payment.
- Maintains budgets in all areas of responsibility.
- Complete projects as instructed by the Operations Excellence Leader.
- Perform data entry into various business systems.
- General filing.
- Coordinate & arrange for Operations Excellence Leader if needed.
