Responsibilities:
1. Document Management:
- Organize and maintain project documents, contracts, and correspondences.
2. Communication:
- Assist in communication between project managers, contractors, and team members.
3. Scheduling:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for project managers.
4. Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, invoices, and receipts.
5. Office Operations:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and ordering office supplies.
6. Data Entry:
- Input and update project-related data into company systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software
