We are seeking a person that has great customer service skills, quick learner, organizational skills, and has reliable transportation.
- The Administrator will assist the by performing any combination of entry level clerical duties requiring general knowledge and the application of various work methods and procedures.
- Answer phones as front desk in a professional manner.
- Familiarize self with products/services and provides for accurate transferring.
- Greets guests and visitors, ask for proper ID, ensuring each visitor has badge and signs in at guest log book.
- Adheres to security policy for guests and visitors entering the building. Updates all sign in/sign out logs at front desk.
- Assists other business units/departments on special projects as requested.
Requirements
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Organized
