Administrative Assistant

Screen printing and embroidery company located in Indian Trail is looking for full-time Administrative Assistant. This position is new within our company as we expand and need to delegate certain duties. Fitting in with our existing team is critical. You must be a problem solver and know that efficiency is key. Our team works hard but we also have a lot of fun! This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop with a family-owned and operated company.

Daily tasks include:

• Processing incoming work orders
• Ordering goods associated with certain work orders
• Entering orders into internal system (accuracy is critical)
• Assembling production packets
• Responding to customer inquiries, via email and phone
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks as they arise. (change of address, order discrepancies, etc.)
• You may be asked to assist in shipping/receiving as needed and/or pulling orders for the production team.

Hours Monday through Friday 7-3.

· Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Industry specific programs

· Expert communication skills, both via email and phone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
