The Administrative Assistant provides support to the team by performing general office management with myriad tasks such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, virtual project management, etc.
Essential Functions:
· Directing communications and correspondence with clients, vendors, and service partners.
· Ordering and tracking office inventory.
· Collaborating with third party supplement teams such as VA’s or otherwise.
· Supporting new and current employees, as necessary.
· Utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to answer incoming calls, address homeowner concerns, and route calls to appropriate departments.
· Performing additional duties and tasks, as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
· Proficiency in various technologies and software such as Monday.com, Joist, RingCentral, Sheets, Docs, etc.
· Team-oriented with great written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively communicate with team members and homeowners.
· Self-starter with the ability to drive company culture. Must have ability to take initiative without much direction. Excellent research and critical thinking skills are a must.
· Takes initiative and possesses the ability to work in high-pressure environments, delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Adaptable with the capacity to complete different tasks each day in a timely and efficient manner.
Required Education/Experience/Training:
· High School / G.E.D. required, college degree preferred.
· Previous experience in a start-up environment, preferred.
· Knowledge of all types of roofs including shingle, shake, tile, flat, foam, and metal, preferred.
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, if needed.
