Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming mail, emails, phone calls
- Bookkeeping (forwarding invoices for payment, entering POs, entering employee time sheets/cards for payroll to process)
- Ensure all timesheets, payroll issues, and updating is performed on a daily basis.
- Coordinates receipt and processing of submittals from sub-contractors or vendors.
- Perform all other office tasks
- Provide administrative support to department and/or Manager
- General clerical and coding invoices
- Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
