AngleZ Behavioral Health (ABHS) is a company located in Augusta Maine but provides support to patients in numerous counties. We work to support those who are in need on multiple levels including homelessness, substance use disorders, and Behavioral Health needs in all age groups. We are an agency that has a large population of culturally inclusive adult and children’s services programs.
We are seeking a team-oriented individual to join our growing organization’s administrative team!
Job Duties:
You will serve as a member of the fast-paced administrative team at ABHS! supporting all departments of the organizations. Such as reception coverage, opening and closing the office, supporting program directors with administrative duties, data entry, organizational projects, marketing, and supporting in Human Resources practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Direction of phone calls, scheduling appointments, obtaining Urine Drug Screens.
- Monitoring Kepro authorizations to ensure billing accuracy.
- Recruits, screens, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Maintain clear, precise, and accurate documentation with all required data entry tasks.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees through active engagement and presence throughout all the agency’s events.
- Develop community and employee relationships.
- Develop Social Media presence as it relates to recruitment.
- Work with leaders on effective retention strategies and programs to retain top talent.
- Lead employee activity, communication, and recognition to improve employee engagement and morale.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in administrative roll preferred.
- Proven excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them.
