Position Overview:
Busy Restoration company looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company, as well as assisting Project Managers. The ideal candidate is a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, providing general administrative support to our field team and Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and mail
- Coordinate and schedule jobs, meetings, and conference calls
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and ensuring payment
- Organize and assist Project Managers
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Provide support to the field team and other staff members as required
- Maintain records both in physical files and electronic resources
- Assist with special projects and vendor relations
Qualifications:
- General office and bookkeeping knowledge
- QuickBooks Software knowledge
- Construction industry experience, preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility to change direction of work quickly if needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
This is a full-time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday.
